TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the cladding of external staircases in front of Building E – on the side of the Radiology Department and the entrance staircases, together with the ramp to the Rehabilitation Clinic 1. The subject of the contract is construction works including the renovation of external staircases together with a ramp located at Building E forming the entrance to the Radiology Department, and external staircases together with a ramp at Building D forming the entrance to the Rehabilitation Clinic, and to the garden located on the roof of the above-mentioned clinic. The purpose of the renovation is to improve the conditions for using the buildings. 2. A detailed description and the method for carrying out the contract is provided in: 1) Annex No. 5 to the SWZ – Contract template (Draft contract provisions), 2) Annex No. 7 to the SWZ – description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ), 3) Annex No. 8 to the SWZ – Design – the contracting authority’s own study, 4) Annex No. 9 to the SWZ – Bill of quantities, 5) Annex No. 10 to the SWZ – Technical Specification and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB).
