Renovation of the Physical Fitness Centre at Strzelnicza Street in Rzeszów 1. The subject of the contract is the renovation of the Physical Fitness Centre at Strzelnicza Street in Rzeszów. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in: 1) the Bill of Quantities – Annex No 5 to the SWZ; 2) the Technical Execution and Acceptance Specifications (STWiORB) – Annex No 6 to the SWZ; 3. The planned contractual provisions together with their annexes (Annex No 4 to the SWZ) form an integral part of the Description of the subject of the contract. 4. The Contractor bears full responsibility for the construction site from the moment it is taken over. 5. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor or subcontractor employ, on the basis of an employment contract, persons performing the following works, for the entire duration of their performance: 1) renovation works; 6.
