Repair of the roofing and sheet-metal flashing in the building of the School-Pre-school Complex No. 2 at Brygadzistów 18, 01-384 Warsaw 1. The subject of the contract is: “Repair of the roofing and sheet-metal flashing in the building of the School-Pre-school Complex No. 2 at Brygadzistów 18, 01-384 Warsaw”. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms for its performance are provided in the Description of the subject of the contract, in the Draft provisions of the contract forming appendices to this SWZ, and in the technical documentation (STWiORB, bill of quantities, design documentation). 3. Construction works will be carried out at an active facility—classes will be held—therefore the works must be carried out in such a way that they do not disrupt the functioning of the facility. The construction site where the construction works will be carried out must be separated permanently from the rest of the school grounds in which educational activities will be conducted.
