TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is renovation works at the KRUS Regional Office in Lubartów, ul. Lipowa 2a, 21-100 Lubartów.2. A detailed description and scope of the subject of the contract are provided in the following documentation:1) Chapter II of the SWZ - Designed provisions of the contract (for each part separately);2) Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Bill of quantities of works at the KRUS Regional Office in Lubartów;3) Annex No. 4 to the SWZ - Guidelines regarding the standard of visualisation, colour scheme and marking of rooms and parts of buildings accessible to the public of KRUS organisational units.3. The subject of the contract includes, in particular, the renovation of selected office rooms, including replacement of floor coverings, replacement of internal sun-shading window panels, carrying out painting works and other finishing works necessary to restore the appropriate functional and aesthetic standard. The scope of works also includes demolition, preparatory and cleaning works, in particular securing the work area, the necessary dismantling works and arranging/cleaning the rooms after completion of the works. 1.
