Renovation of office and social premises in the building at Janasa Street 6 in Katowice 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works involving the renovation of sanitary premises, replacement of doors and windows, together with accompanying works in the building at Janasa Street 6 in Katowice, within which the scope in particular includes: - replacement of a window and interior doors, - demolition and dismantling of elements subject to replacement and preparatory works such as: dismantling the old carpet, chiselling up the old screed, dismantling plumbing fixtures or devices, dismantling floor elements subject to replacement, chiselling plaster to be replaced, preparing the substrate for the execution of finishing layers and others, - execution of floors and finishing elements, - execution of structural and leveling elements such as screeds, mortars, etc., - execution of painting coatings and other finishing elements for walls and ceilings, - making or replacing the electrical installation and devices, - making or replacing the water-and-sewer installation and fittings.
