A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in: 2.1 Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract, containing the following documents: 1) description of the subject of the contract, 2) technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, 3) bill of quantities (auxiliary document); 2.2 Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - draft contract (the Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract).
