PACKAGE NO 1: Renovation of office premises in the Municipal Social Welfare Centre building in Białystok at Malmeda Icchoka Street 8. 1) The subject of the contract is performance of construction works consisting in renovating office premises located in the building – the seat of the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Białystok at Malmeda Icchoka Street 8. The contract also includes taking out, bringing in, and securing furniture and movable equipment of all rooms covered by this contract, together with accompanying premises, enabling the proper functioning of the building in accordance with its purpose. 2) Scope of works: BASEMENT LEVEL: a) renovation of the sanitary node No U1: removal of the shower tray, replacement of elements of the “white sanitary ware” – installation of a new sink and toilet together with accompanying equipment,补补 of missing tiles, preparing the walls and ceiling for painting, repainting existing door frames, replacement of ventilation grilles, b) renovation of the room No U2: sanding and varnishing the parquet floor, preparing the walls and ceiling for painting, preparing the wall – after tearing off the wallpaper – for painting, repainting existing door…
