TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is construction works involving the renovation of the basement rooms of the Lubomia Commune Office building for an Emergency Shelter Place. 2. The scope of works to be carried out under Part 1 includes in particular: - preparatory works, demolition works – dismantling existing floors and partition walls, - masonry works – infilling openings in accordance with the drawing documentation, - finishing works – plastering, painting of walls, laying floors, installation of door joinery, - floor works, wall and floor coverings. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (specification of the terms of the contract). It consists of the following documents: 1) technical description, 2) drawings, 3) technical specification for the performance and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB), 4) bill of quantities. Due to the fact that the remuneration will be cost-estimating in nature, the bill of quantities attached to the SWZ is binding.
