RENOVATION OF PREMISES IN THE BUILDING OF THE COUNTY FAMILY SUPPORT CENTRE AT UL. P. STALMACHA 90 IN LUBLINIEC 1) The subject of the contract is the renovation of premises in the building of the County Family Support Centre in Lubliniec at ul. p. Stalmacha 90 in Lubliniec. Building characteristics: built-up area – 107.66 m2, volume – 703 m3. 2) The scope of works includes, among others: a) Preparatory, demolition and associated works, including in particular: securing elements remaining in place (including installation elements covered by the guarantee), securing external elements covered by the guarantee, dismantling existing floors and floor layers, demolishing walls and partition walls, chipping off wall coverings and plaster, dismantling ceilings, dismantling joinery, waste management, associated works (delivery and installation of a fire extinguisher) b) Execution of new floor layers and floors. c) Masonry infill and additions of existing walls, new lightweight partition walls made of plasterboard, and new finishing layers. d) Repair and refurbishment of existing plastered ceilings and execution of new suspended ceilings made of plasterboard and cassette ceilings. e)…
