TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of rooms in the building of the City Hall of Poznań at Pl. Kolegiacki 17 1) The subject of the contract is to carry out renovation work in rooms in the building of the Poznań City Hall (hereinafter referred to as UMP) at Placu Kolegiackim 17 in Poznań. 2) The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the agreement in accordance with: a) the bill of quantities, constituting Appendix No 2 to the Contract Template; b) the technology and parameters specified in the Technical Specification for Performance and Acceptance of Construction Works, constituting Appendix No 3 to the Contract Template; c) the special conditions for performing the subject of the contract constituting Appendices No 4 and 5 to the Contract Template; d) the applicable regulations in this respect, in particular the provisions of the Act of 7 July 1994 – Construction Law, technical and construction standards, Polish Standards applicable in this scope, directives and standards of the European Union having direct application in this scope, and construction art; e) the highest degree of due care, ensuring the highest quality of the executed works; f) the Contractor’s bid cost estimate, which will…
