TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of premises, including painting two staircases in the building of the Special Education and Upbringing Centre No. 2 in Otwock The scope of work includes: renovation of existing rooms in the building of the Special Education and Upbringing Centre No. 2 in Otwock, comprising three rooms, two corridors, and two bathrooms, as well as carrying out painting works in two staircases. The scope of works includes, among other things: - demolition of existing floors and partition walls; - dismantling sanitary fittings; - installing new floors and PVC wall coverings; - repairing plaster; - painting walls and ceilings; - bricking up a door opening; -补lementing wall layers in places where elements of the ventilation installation were dismantled. - installation of new radiators; - lighting fixtures; - electrical fittings; - equipment of sanitary rooms, replacement of insulation on district heating pipes with materials of class NRO throughout the building; - on two staircases: preparation and painting of walls and ceilings, as well as cleaning and painting the staircase handrails.
