REPAIR OF ROOM(S) IN BUILDING NO. 106 IN THE MILITARY COMPLEX AT UL. GDAŃSKA 147 IN BYDGOSZCZ Scope of works: 1. SCOPE OF BUILDING (CONSTRUCTION) TRADE: • Chipping off irregularities of concrete • Repair of the screed/floor • Mechanical grinding of single-colour concrete flooring • Plastidur-type flooring • Thermal and anti-noise insulation with mineral wool (horizontal) • Covering the mineral wool with foil • Plasterboard cladding • Partition walls GR with plasterboard panels • Preparation of surfaces for painting with emulsion paints • Two-coat painting with emulsion paints • Making openings in brick walls with a thickness of ½ brick • Making lintels/overarches for openings in brick walls • Chipping out and installing new external doors • Installation of steel doors • Removal of broken-up debris 2.
