Renovation of the north stairwell in the A-3 pavilion at AGH University of Krakow - KC-DE-zp.25.404.2026 The subject of the contract is to carry out the renovation of the north stairwell and adjacent communication areas in the A-3 pavilion. The scope of the contract includes general construction works, painting works, and the renovation of electrical installations in the area covered by the design documentation. In particular, the contract includes: − performing preparatory works (including scaffolding), securing building elements, and carrying out demolition works; − repairing and preparing surfaces of walls and ceilings, filling in plaster losses, and performing painting works; − renovating and painting stair railings, handrails, metal elements, and other equipment elements of the stairwell; − carrying out enclosures and finishing works resulting from the design documentation; − replacing worn-out lighting fixtures, electrical fittings, and the necessary elements of the electrical installation; − renovating existing electrical switchboards, providing the necessary cabling, installing lighting control devices, and carrying out works related to organising the cable routes; −…
