TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of sanitary surfaces with adaptation for a social room and painting works in the building at Konwiktorska Street 3/5 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction and finishing works in the building at Konwiktorska Street 3/5 in Warsaw, hereinafter referred to as the works or the subject of the contract. 2. As part of the subject of the contract, construction and finishing works will include adapting a sanitary room for use as a social back-up facility and carrying out plastering and painting repairs in the corridors on the ground floor and first floor of the building at Konwiktorska Street 3/5 in Warsaw.3. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract is specified by:1) the bill of quantities; 2) floor plan drawings (projections of storeys), which constitute Annex No. 12 to the SWZ; 3) the Contract Award Terms (hereinafter: SWZ) and the Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter: OPZ), which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.4.
