Renovation of a culvert along DP No 1370N in Łajsy (locality) 1. The subject of the contract is construction works consisting in the renovation of a culvert within the road route of the district road No 1370N in ms. Łajsy. 2. The subject of the contract will be carried out on the basis of: the bill of quantities, technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works, the SWZ, in accordance with applicable regulations, standards and construction practice. 3. The culvert is located in the locality of Łajsy, in plot 261, cadastral unit Pęglity. 4. Scope of works: 1) Excavations in the ground, demolition of damaged road and culvert elements together with disposal; 2) Construction of the culvert foundation bed; 3) Installation of the culvert pipe; 4) Backfilling of the excavation, construction of an embankment with shaping of side slopes; 5) Mechanical milling of the existing bituminous surface; 6) Incorporation of AC16W-KR3, thickness 5 cm; 7) Incorporation of AC11S-KR3, thickness 4 cm; 8) Curbing/edging of the culvert; 9) Construction of shoulders; 10) Installation of road barriers; 11) Cleaning and restoration of ditches; 12) As-built geodetic inventory. 6.
