TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract includes the renovation of residential units (vacant units) - Part I – renovation of a residential unit at Pl. Hallera 6B m 17 in Warsaw, within the scope of general construction, plumbing and electrical works. The detailed scope of the works has been specified in the annexes constituting an integral part of the terms of reference (swz), i.e. the bills of quantities for the individual units, sketches for the individual units, the technical specification for the performance and acceptance of construction works, the contract draft and the swz.
