TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract includes the renovation of residential units (vacant units) - Part I – renovation of the residential unit at Jadowska Street 7 m 19 in Warsaw, covering general construction works, sanitary works and electrical works. The detailed scope of the works has been specified in the annexes forming an integral part of the SWZ, i.e. the bills of quantities for individual units, sketches for individual units, the technical specification for execution and acceptance of construction works, the draft contract and the SWZ.
