TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of vacant residential units in the resources administered by the Real Estate Management Authority in the Włochy District of the Capital City of Warsaw: Part I – unit no. 38 in the building at 1 Sierpnia 44 Street. The contract includes the execution of works: 1. The scope of basic construction works includes, among other things: a) replacement of window joinery, b) replacement of door joinery, c) replacement of floors, d) masonry and plastering works, e) glazing works, f) tiling works, g) painting works. 2. The scope of basic sanitary works includes, among other things: a) replacement of sanitary fixtures, b) replacement of connections to sanitary fixtures, c) replacement of fittings, d) partial replacements of local plumbing runs, e) leak tightness measurements of installations. 3.
