TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of vacant residential premises in the resources managed by the Zakład Gospodarowania Nieruchomościami in the Włochy District of the City of Warsaw: Part I – unit no. 41 in the building at Kleszczowa Street 22 The contract includes execution of the works: 1. The scope of the basic construction works includes, inter alia: a) replacement of window joinery, b) replacement of door joinery, c) replacement of floors, d) masonry and plastering works, e) glazing works, f) tiling works, g) painting works. 2. The scope of the basic sanitary works includes, inter alia: a) replacement of sanitary equipment, b) replacement of connections to sanitary equipment, c) replacement of fittings, d) partial replacement of local plumbing sections, e) leak-tightness tests of installations. 3. The scope of the basic electrical works includes, inter alia: a) replacement of the installation inside the premises and up to the WLZ, b) replacement of electrical fittings, c) replacement of switchboards, d) electrical measurements, e) preparation of documentation for the power utility company, f) other accompanying works related to the technology of the individual trades of the works.
