Renovation of an unoccupied unit No. 14 in a residential building at Brzostowska Street 26 in Warsaw The subject of the contract is to carry out construction works consisting of: - Construction and carpentry works, - Plastering and insulation works, - Flooring works, - Painting and related works, - Sanitary works, - Cleaning works, removal and disposal of rubble. All construction works must be carried out in accordance with: - Tender cost estimates prepared by the Contractor using the detailed costing method, - Technical specifications for execution and acceptance of works; - Requirements of the Contracting Authority included in the description of the subject of the contract.
