Renovation of lecture room No 224 in the P-A1-C1 annex of AGH in Kraków - KC-DE-zp.25.445.2026 The subject of the contract is the renovation of lecture room No 224 in P-A1-C1, in particular including: 1. Construction works: − preparatory works including securing walls, floors, doors, windows and finishing elements that are not subject to renovation; − securing existing equipment or its temporary dismantling, storing outside the renovated room in accordance with the Investor’s instructions, and reinstallation after the completion of the works; − temporary dismantling and reinstalling seating interfering with the works, with installation of scaffolding; − dismantling of the specified stair profiles; − partial dismantling of PVC flooring on the stairs in the part of the lecture hall; − dismantling of existing suspended ceiling elements; − dismantling existing radiator covers together with installation of new covers; − dismantling of furniture panels and OSB boards forming enclosures of recesses; − local dismantling of wall cladding made of plasterboard (gipsowo-kartonowe) panels in the scope necessary to carry out new cable routes; − making chases and deepening radiator recesses in…
