Name given to the contract by the Contracting Authority: “Renovation of sanitary facilities in the building of the District Court in Malbork at ul. 17 Marca 3 on the 2nd floor”. Determination of the size or scope of the contract: the subject of the contract is the performance of works and all deliveries or services, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract—project documentation and the STWiORB provided by the Contracting Authority—and the principles of current technical knowledge, consisting in carrying out the renovation of two sanitary facilities located on the 2nd floor of the District Court building in Malbork at ul. 17 Marca 3, with a total area of 16.59 m2.
