Renovation of the entrance stairs to the first floor and the roof in the main school building 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of the task entitled “Renovation of the entrance stairs to the first floor and the roof in the main school building”, including in particular the renovation of the roofing, replacement of the lightning protection system, and renovation of the internal stairs leading to the first floor. The subject of the contract is referred to further on in the SWZ as “the subject of the contract”. 2. The subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) demolition works together with waste disposal; 2) brickwork/masonry of chimneys above the roof; 3) roofing using heat-welded roofing felt; 4) replacement of the lightning protection system; 5) ancillary works; 6) covering the stairs with tiles; 7) restoration of the handrail/balustrade; 8) relocation of the solar installation and the antenna and replacement of 7 vent/roof ventilators (roof fans). 3.
