Klasztorna 5 Renovation of the Secretariat of the 3rd Family and Juvenile Division at the District Court in Jawor at ul. Klasztorna 5 in Jawor. The subject of the contract consists in performing and accepting construction works on the principles and under the terms described in the SWZ and in the annexes that form an integral part of the SWZ, in particular in accordance with the following annexes: No 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract, No 1a to the SWZ - Technical Documentation, and annex No 9 to the SWZ - Model Contract specifying the scope and conditions for the performance of the construction works.
