Renovation of a rural community hall in Prusinowice as part of the budget task FEO 2021-2027 Reconstruction after the flood in the Powiat Nyski area – Modernisation of community halls in Korzękwice and Prusinowice The subject of the contract is the comprehensive implementation of the task in the form of “design and build”, including the preparation of complete, multi-industry design documentation (design phase) and the performance, on its basis, of construction, installation and finishing works (implementation phase), together with obtaining permits for the use of the facility. The main tasks include: 1. Preparation of a structural expert assessment and a multi-industry Building Design Project along with obtaining a decision on a building permit. 2. Demolition works of the old boiler room in the basement and construction of a new, external container boiler room for wood pellet with a capacity of 80 kW. 3.
