„Renovation of the rural community centre in the town of Rataje” The task includes construction works consisting of carrying out the renovation of the rural community centre building in the town of Rataje, located on plot no. 149/10, cadastral district Rataje, municipality Olszewo-Borki. The scope of the contract includes, inter alia: replacement of electrical installations together with lighting; replacement of the finishing layer of the flooring together with the execution of self-levelling screeds; replacement of floor coverings with porcelain tiles (gres); replacement of insulation above the ceiling with mineral wool together with replacement of the sheathing with wooden boards and OSB boards (part from reclaimed material); replacement of the suspended ceiling with GK board; making smoothing compound on the ceilings and painting the ceilings and walls together with priming; replacement of window joinery in accordance with the schedule; dismantling and installation of kitchen furniture; installation of blackout blinds/roller blinds in the windows; replacement of the roof covering with a new one made of roof tiles (blachodachówka); replacement of structural elements of the…
