Renovation of a municipal toilet building located in the park named after Władysław Reymont at Piotrkowska Street (from the side of Przybyszewskiego Street) in Łódź as part of the Citizens' Budget project no. G084GO in the design-and-build system The subject of the contract is the preparation of design documentation based on the guidelines and concepts of the Contracting Authority and, on its basis, the execution of construction works for the project entitled: Renovation of a municipal toilet building located in the park named after Władysław Reymont at Piotrkowska Street (from the side of Przybyszewskiego Street) in Łódź as part of the Citizens' Budget project no. G084GO in the design-and-build system. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the contract) in the Functional and Utility Program and in the contract template (Annex No. 12 to the SWZ).
