Renovation of the terrace by the swimming pool of the Building of the Faculty of Navigation at Al. Jana Pawła II 3 in Gdynia - repeat The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works: "Renovation of the terrace by the swimming pool of the Building of the Faculty of Navigation at Al. Jana Pawła II 3 in Gdynia". The said building forms part of Facility No. II of the University of the Sea, which is entered in the register of monuments and is subject to conservation protection by the Pomorskie Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments. The works will be carried out on the basis of a building permit preceded by a decision of the Pomorskie Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments authorising the performance of construction works and conservation works in the historic building. The Contractor is obliged to maintain order on the construction site during the renovation works. The scope of the contract will include: 1. Removing all layers of the terrace floor down to the ceiling slab structure, as well as boards from the platform and the steps before exiting the building and the closing strip of the existing bituminous felt covering turned up onto the wall. 2.
