TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the repair of one technical tram of Konstal 4N type (the so-called track snow plow). 2. The contract includes in particular: 1) General requirements: a) strengthening selected elements of the tram’s supporting structure; b) adapting the tram bogies and suspension to the changed mass (tram characteristics) to new operating parameters; c) repairing the external cladding including the roof cladding; d) fitting new tram front ends in accordance with tram type N8C (two-way vehicle); e) fitting tram driver’s cabs (two cabs); f) replacing the tram’s traction motors with asynchronous motors; g) installing an integrated traction inverter; h) installing a static converter; i) making new axles for wheel sets; j) installing new or regenerated tram gearboxes, using gearboxes from a tram of type N8C; k) installing new wheel rims; l) creating a new low-voltage and high-voltage electrical installation; m) regenerating or replacing the current collector; n) installing modern protection systems and safety systems; o) optimizing operating parameters; p) replacing the inter-car couplers; q) replacing the tram lighting using…
