TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is to carry out modernisation of changing-room and sanitary facilities at ZS No 5 – 2a Ogrodowa Street in Wałbrzych. Within the scope of the contract, the following construction works in particular are to be carried out: 1) for the scope of Investment Task No 1 in the building of the Zespół Szkół No 5: a) execution of preparatory, protective, dismantling and demolition works, including dismantling existing finishing elements, door joinery, panelling and worn cladding; b) execution of construction and finishing works, including in particular preparation, repair, levelling and priming of wall and ceiling surfaces and application of new paint coatings; c) execution of new floors, including preparation of the substrate and installation of PVC flooring in the corridor, changing rooms and room No 4; d) comprehensive renovation of WC rooms No 1A, 2A and 3A, including in particular replacement of door joinery, wall and floor cladding, installation of sanitary ceramics and fittings, and necessary modifications to the water supply and sewage installations; e) replacement of the indicated door joinery, along with performing the necessary finishing treatments and…
