TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the changing-room and sanitary facilities at the municipal stadium in Zalew 1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of an investment task involving comprehensive renovation of the changing-room and sanitary facilities at the Municipal Stadium in Zalew. The investment includes the full cycle of internal construction and renovation works, finishing works, and modernization of sanitary, heating, ventilation, and electrical installations together with the supply of dedicated sports equipment. The approximate usable area of the portion covered by the undertaking is 190 m2. 2. The Contractor is required to include in the investment costs the necessary preparatory works (i.e., securing the construction site by introducing the required signage for the works) and housekeeping works (including clearing the construction site, removing waste remaining after the performance of the task, and as well as the disposal of waste generated during the construction works). 3.
