1. The subject of the contract includes carrying out construction works for the task referred to as “Repair of bus bays in Sosnowiec – ul. Orląt Lwowskich (district 12) and ul. mjr. H. Dobrzańskiego “Hubala” (district Klimontów)” - PART 3 – “Klimontów Ogródki Działkowe – towards the city centre”.2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ.3. The warranty period for the subject of the contract is 60 months. 1.
