TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of external emergency escape stairs and stairs to the utility room at the Teatr Syrena building, 3 Litewska Street, Warsaw 1. The task involves the renovation of 2 external emergency stairs and 1 external descent stair to the utility room/back area at Teatr Syrena in Warsaw, 3 Litewska Street. The stairs are located in the courtyard area. The task consists in dismantling the existing gres tiles and installing a new system surface made of PMMA/MMA resin or equivalent in accordance with the project documentation. For the descent stairs, in addition, drainage connected to an adjacent downspout pipe must be made. The works must be carried out on the basis of the project documentation. The hours for loud work at the construction site must be agreed with Teatr Syrena so as not to disrupt rehearsals and performances. Replacement of the handrail with an identical one with unchanged dimensions and appearance is permitted. In the case of renovation of the handrails, temporary handrails on the stairs must be provided.
