Repairs of heat sources and central heating installations in 6 residential buildings managed by the Zakład Gospodarowania Nieruchomościami in the Targówek district of the Capital City of Warsaw 1. The subject matter of the contract is construction works including repairs of heat sources and central heating installations in 6 residential buildings managed by the Zakład Gospodarowania Nieruchomościami in the Targówek district of the Capital City of Warsaw. 2. The construction works include rooms of heat exchange nodes located in buildings at Naczelnikowska 50, Święciańska 4, Święciańska 6, Święciańska 8, Święciańska 12 and Święciańska 14. 3. The scope of works includes in particular: - installation of non-combustible pipework of the c.o. (central heating) and c.w.u. (domestic hot water) installations within the node—clamped steel pipes, in accordance with the original node diagram, - execution of correct installation pass-throughs through partitions, including through partitions with the required fire resistance rating, together with reinstatement of those partitions and application of appropriately classified sealing systems so that the installation openings have a fire resistance…
