Under the contract to be concluded as a result of the procurement, the contracting authority wishes to have carried out construction, repair and maintenance works for property related to immovable properties in the city of Viljandi and the associated facilities and buildings, various smaller-scale repair and construction works in schools, kindergartens, institutions of hobby education and other institutions, and in public areas during the period 01.01.2027 – 31.12.2028.
