TENDER DESCRIPTION

Renovation of the roof of the GIOŚ and WIOŚ building in Poznań 1. The subject of the contract is the renovation of a building located in Poznań at ul. Czarna Rola 4, involving the performance of roof waterproofing. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (SOPZ) specifies the bill of quantities and the technical specifications for carrying out and acceptance of the works, constituting Annex No 2 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority informs that the requirements specified in the SOPZ and the bill of quantities concerning the installation of the roofing in a two-layer technology of heat-welded roofing felt constitute the designation of the minimum quality and technological standard. The Contracting Authority allows the use of equivalent solutions in the form of a synthetic roofing membrane.2. The scope of the contract includes in particular:1) preparation of the substrate,2) laying of the waterproofing layer,3) work on chimneys,4) work on 24 ventilation pipes,5) work on parapets/attics approx. 185 mb,6) construction of roof covers over chimneys made of sheet metal in the quantity of 46 pcs.
