TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part No. 1 – Repair of the terrace, stairs, balcony, retaining wall/base wall and basement rooms of the forester’s lodge building in Skarżysko – Kamienna, ul. Krakowska 190a. The scope of works includes in particular: construction of a resin floor finish on the terrace, stairs and balcony, replacement of sheet-metal flashings, repair of railings, repair of the soffit/underside of the ceiling, replacement of dampened plaster and painting of the walls in the basements, application of mosaic plaster on the plinths of the walls of the basement and replacement of external lighting lamps. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, together with requirements, the method of performance, technology, execution and acceptance of the works, is provided by the design documentation, STWiOR. The minimum required warranty and guarantee period is 48 months.
