Renovations of public utility buildings in order to create temporary shelter places in the area of the Ojrzeń Commune. 1. The subject of the contract entitled: “Renovations of public utility buildings in order to create temporary shelter places in the area of the Ojrzeń Commune” is carried out in the “design and build” formula and includes the preparation of design documentation and the performance of construction works on the basis thereof in the following facilities:1) the building of the Ojrzeń Commune Office,2) the building of the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Ojrzeń,3) the Primary School building in Kraszewo,4) the Primary School building in Ojrzeń. The scope of the subject matter of the contract includes, in particular, the preparation of the required design documentation and the performance of construction works necessary to create temporary shelter places, in accordance with the requirements set out in the Functional and Utility Programme and in the remaining contract documents.
