TENDER DESCRIPTION

Partial repairs on municipal roads with mineral-bituminous pavement using a patching machine 4.1. The subject of the contract is partial repairs on municipal roads with mineral-bituminous pavement using a patching machine and it consists of two tasks: Task No. 1—partial repair on municipal roads in the area of the sołectwo of Charleż. Task No. 2—partial repair on municipal roads in the area of the sołectwo of Ludwików. 4.2. The requirements regarding the performance of the contract are specified accordingly in the Technical Specification for the execution and acceptance of works (Annex No. 1a to the SWZ), the bill of quantities (Annex No. 1b to the SWZ), and in the Draft contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). 4.3. It is assumed that the total surface area of the roads covered by partial repairs will amount to 1 500 m2. 4.4. In accordance with the requirements of Article 433(4) of the Act, the contracting authority indicates that the minimum size of the performance shall be: 1 000 m².
