TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part No. I. The subject of the contract is the successive performance of partial repairs of asphalt roadway surfaces within the city of Brodnica, within the scope and in the locations indicated each time by the Contracting Authority, during the term of the contract. The purpose of the contract is the ongoing maintenance of road surfaces in proper technical condition, in particular by removing defects, potholes, cracks and other local damage to asphalt roadway surfaces, and by restoring the correct functional condition of the repaired road sections. The works will be carried out successively, as and when damage to the road surfaces occurs and according to the ongoing needs of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority will each time specify the location, type, scope and deadline for performing the works. The Contractor is required to perform the works in accordance with the principles of technical knowledge, applicable provisions of law, relevant standards, technical specifications and the requirements set out in this Description of the Subject of the Contract.
