Part I Part I – Area I – territory of the Łódź Bałuty district 4.2. The contract has been divided into parts. The Contracting Authority does not allow the Contractor to submit bids for more than one part of the contract 4.3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex No 1 to the SWZ and in the model agreement constituting Annex No 7 to the SWZ (one model for all parts of the procedure). 6. CONTRACT PERFORMANCE PERIOD The contract must be performed:  Part I from the date of signing the agreement until 29.12.2028. 8.4. In the case of contractors jointly applying for the contract, the Contractors may, pursuant to Article 124(2) of the Public Procurement Law, instead of the appropriate documentary evidence on the basis of eligibility, submit a certificate confirming the grant of certification for public procurement contractors in the scope of not being subject to exclusion or meeting the conditions for participation in the procedure. 8.5.
