- Purpose of the consultation (art. 2-2 of the public call for tenders regulations) This public call for candidates aims to select the candidates who will be allowed to submit an offer during the consultation concerning the services designated below: Replacement and purchase of tramway railway maintenance equipment: Acquisition of an inspection pit lathe. This acquisition will be allocated to the delegatee for the operation of the network.
