TENDER DESCRIPTION

The children’s house is intended to accommodate several day-care centres with different educational focuses in 11 group rooms. The extension of the Fröbelschule includes 10 additional classrooms and specialist rooms, as well as further school uses including a canteen. The external facilities and outdoor areas form part of the project and are to be further planned and constructed by the future contractor on the basis of the existing outdoor area planning. In particular, outdoor areas for the day-care centres, external areas for school use, jointly usable green spaces, and play, movement and stay areas are planned. In planning and execution, the special requirements of the site, the neighbouring environment, the ongoing school operations, and the requirements of the future users must be taken into account. This includes in particular the requirements for a special needs school as well as the barrier-free access to the open areas. Based on the current state of planning, a two-storey building is envisaged, which is partly to be provided with a basement and, otherwise, to be founded on construction piles.
