TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Recknitz between Tessin and Dudendorf is a waterbody of order I subject to reporting requirements under the Water Framework Directive (WRRL), whose water body (Reck-1700) has been classified as a natural watercourse and typified as a lowland river (Type 12). In its current condition, the Recknitz in this area does not meet the requirements of the WRRL either in biological, hydromorphological, or physico-chemical terms. In order to avoid sustainable impairment of soil functions, a soil protection concept in accordance with DIN 19639 must therefore be prepared. This serves as the basis for further implementation planning, the definition of soil-friendly construction methods, and the implementation of the requirements for construction-phase soil protection. The focus is on the assessment of the existing site conditions from the standpoint of soil mechanics and soil physics, in particular with regard to drivability, sensitivity to compaction, bearing capacity, and permissible mechanical loading during construction work. The service is to be provided by 20.11.2026 at the latest. The provision of the service is to begin no later than 28.10.2026.
