AB Bostaden carries out the procurement on behalf of the developers in accordance with AFA.11 in Appendix 6.1 Administrative regulations The project includes new construction of an office building and a parking garage at Kv. Renen in Umeå Municipality. The office building includes new construction of an office building with associated site works. GFA is approximately 11,800 sqm. The new construction of the office consists of two connected, offset building volumes comprising one basement level, six office levels and one attic level.
