TENDER DESCRIPTION

During the Presidency of the Council of the European Union, the Ministry of Agriculture is responsible within its competence for organizing B-level events in Lithuania. B-level events are meetings of senior officials and experts, sessions of EU working groups, and conferences, which will be organized in Lithuania by the Ministry of Agriculture, other responsible ministries, and state institutions. The purpose of these events is to ensure the smooth implementation of the Presidency agenda, to effectively coordinate discussions among experts from EU Member States, and to create conditions for reaching a common agreement on current issues. Services for the organization and servicing during 6 (six) B-level events dedicated to Lithuania's Presidency of the EU Council will be purchased.
