TENDER DESCRIPTION

Public service concession for the management and operation of the intercommunal aquatic centre CITÉLIUM for a duration of eight (8) years starting from 1 September 2027. Restricted procedure. All information relating to this consultation is listed in the non-detachable annex to this notice, which is made available free of charge on the CARCT buyer profile. The procedure is organized with an initial phase for the selection of the applications by the public service concession commission established in accordance with article L.1411-5 of the CGCT and according to the criteria stated in the same article. The number of candidates admitted following the procedure is limited to three (3) in accordance with the provisions of article R.3124-1 of the public procurement code. The President of the CARCT will then hold discussions with the admitted tenderers regarding their offers, before referring the matter to the community council pursuant to article L.1411-5 of the CGCT.
