TENDER DESCRIPTION

Public service concession (délégation de service public) for the management and operation of the intercommunal aquatic centre CITÉLIUM for a period of eight (8) years from 1 September 2027. Restricted procedure. All information relating to this consultation is set out in the non-removable annex to this notice, which is made available free of charge on the CARCT buyer profile. The procedure is organised with an initial phase for the selection of applications by the public service concession (délégation de service public) commission set up in accordance with Article L.1411-5 of the CGCT and according to the criteria set out in the same article. The number of candidates admitted further to the procedure is limited to three (3) in accordance with the provisions of Article R.3124-1 of the public procurement code. The President of the CARCT will then hold discussions with the admitted tenderers on their bids, before submitting the matter to the community council pursuant to Article L.1411-5 of the CGCT.
