TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the mandate covers phases 31 (partial) and 32 - 33 with options on phase 41 and phases 51 to 53 of the SIA 103 for the track renovation project of the BVP-PEN section, from approximately km 6.41 to approximately km 8.60 on line 255. This tender concerns civil engineering services for the study and supervision of the construction of new track infrastructure and civil engineering structures. Services related to geotechnics, environment, and railway technology (railway superstructure, IS, LC, and BT) are not part of this mandate, except for foundations, chambers, and cable ducts. Coordination services for all stakeholders are however included in the mandate. The technical specifications (document B1) and the terms of reference (document B2) present the project and define the services expected from the contractor.
