TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract’s purpose is the appointment of an architect responsible for the renovation, transformation and energy renovation of the municipal building located at Grand-Rue 5 in L-9530 Wiltz. A prior feasibility study has been carried out and will be made available to tenderers. It constitutes the reference basis for the development of the project. The assignment begins with the analysis of this feasibility study and the preparation of the Preliminary Design (Avant-Projet Sommaire - APS) and the Detailed Design (Avant-Projet Définitif - APD). It then covers all architectural services up to the final acceptance of the works and the submission of the “As Built” file, in compliance with the functional, architectural, heritage, environmental and financial objectives of the contracting authority.
